Students Policy
The Student can reschedule or arrange a makeup class if its 2 hours or more before the class time, if it’s less than 2 hours we can only cancel the session in That Case.
The student is allowed to reschedule half of his classes per month only. Cancelling the session should be through the support team by Email or live chat or FB messages, phone calls or skype The student shouldn’t follow the reschedule or cancellation session with the teacher, but only throw support channels.
Break Options
2, 4, 6 and 8 hours/month: rescheduling the missed sessions (1 or 2 week break) OR putting the course on hold if the student don’t prefer rescheduling them.
10 hours or more: Booking the time by paying half tuition during his break period, Note: Makeup Classes are not provided in this case.
If the student prefers not to book the time, in this case the course will be put on hold during the break period. The course will be put on hold by default if the break is more than 2 weeks and the student has to contact us again before his/her resume date to work on arranging the schedule according to his availability and according to the teacher availability as well.
Makeup Balance: We can calculate the last 2 months only.
How to pay
Once you start the classes you will receive an invoice by Email and you can pay it by credit card.
